Frequently asked questions

What happens after the free trial?

The free trial gives you 3 days to test Glifaro. After the trial ends, desktop authorization requires a Lifetime purchase.

Is Lifetime a subscription?

No. Lifetime is a one-time $9 purchase for desktop access. There is no automatic renewal, recurring billing, or subscription cancellation step.

Can I get a refund?

Ordinary refunds are available only on the purchase day, calculated by the Waffo payment completion time converted to UTC+8. After 23:59:59 UTC+8 on that day, ordinary refunds are not available except where required by law or for confirmed billing errors.

Does Glifaro store my documents in the cloud?

Glifaro is local-first. Your documents stay on your device by default. Cloud storage or remote sync is optional and only stores content when you enable or configure it.

Does export require Pandoc?

Some export formats depend on Pandoc or local system tools installed on your own device. Glifaro does not sell, host, or bundle Pandoc.

Is AI included in the price?

Glifaro does not include a default AI model service. The AI Agent works with an AI provider you configure yourself, unless you separately enable a platform-provided AI feature.
